Cavs Send Finals Back to Cleveland

LeBron James was three quarters into perhaps his best playoff performance ever – then Kyrie Irving took over in the fourth to make sure that it would not be for naught.

Irving and James each scored 41 points and the Cleveland Cavaliers held the Golden State Warriors to just 13 points in the fourth quarter to take Game 5 on the road and send the series back to Cleveland for Game 6. James added 16 rebounds and 7 assists, while Irving shot 5-7 from beyond the arc.

The Warriors were without one of their leaders in Draymond Green, who served a one-game suspension for his flagrant foul in Game 4. Klay Thompson finished with 37 points to lead the Warriors, while Steph Curry had 25 points but never really found his rhythm from downtown, as he finished 5-14 from three-point land.

It certainly was another statement game from the Cavs, and social media took notice on LeBron and Kyrie’s play, in particular. Here are some of the best tweets from the game, via Social Delta.
